A: You can request to have you password emailed to you by going here. You will be asked to provide the email address that you registered with. An email containing your password will be sent to that address. If you cannot remember your email address or it is no longer valid, please contact customer service for further support.
A: We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to handle our packages. Typically, Shipping costs
are determied by the destination Zip code as well as the total package weight. Additional charges
for packaging and handling may be included. For a detailed table of shipping costs please go

A: Yes, you may ship to as many addresses as there are items in you cart. After you begin "check out", you will be asked to provide shipping information. If you are registered with us, your default shipping address will be selected in the drop down box. To add additional addresses, simply select "Ship to Multiple Recipients". You may now specify an additional shipping address in the new drop down menu.
Product Information
A: Our chocolates contain NO PRESERVATIVES. Therefore, we recommend that
you consume your chocolates within 2-3 weeks of receiving them.
A: Regularly, we do not carry sugar free chocolates. Please Contact Us about adding sugar free chocolates to your order.
A: Many of our truffles, caramels, and dipped candies have no nuts in them, are prepared seperatley from those products containing nuts. If you'd like to place a "nut-free" order, just Contact Us, we'd love to help!
